Semekar Coffee Arabica Aceh Gayo Wine – Medium Grind Specialty Roasted Coffee
Rare, expressive, and deeply complex. Semekar Coffee’s Arabica Aceh Gayo Wine is sourced from the high-altitude farms of Bener Meriah, Aceh, Indonesia at 1,300–1,600 meters above sea level, processed by the skilled hands of Fauzi using the coveted Wine Process. The cherries ferment whole and slowly, developing a vivid, wine-like complexity that is unmistakable from the first sip.
From a fresh harvest of less than one year, these beans arrive at peak vitality. Roasted to a Medium profile, the cup is a celebration of fruit: deep, jammy wine notes, the bright burst of berry, the rich sweetness of blackcurrant, and a luscious fruity, brown sugar warmth that carries through to a long, satisfying finish. The acidity is medium to high — vibrant and lively, adding energy and brightness to every cup.
Packed in a premium pouch with a one-way valve to preserve peak freshness and aroma from roast to cup.
