Processed through a unique combination of Natural Extended and Wet Hulled methods, the beans develop a layered complexity that is both vibrant and refined.

Roasted to a Light to Medium profile, the cup opens with the bright, juicy sweetness of strawberry, brightened by a zesty lift of orange, and lifted further by delicate floral notes. The body is medium and round, the acidity is bright and lively, and the finish is sweet and clean — with a refreshing, unexpected hint of peppermint that lingers beautifully.
