Sourced from the slopes of Gunung Kawi in Bangelan, Wonosari, Malang, these raw Robusta green beans carry the honest character of East Java’s lowland coffee terroir. Grown at 512–520 meters above sea level and processed using the Natural (Dry Process) method, the cherries are sun-dried whole — allowing the fruit to impart a natural sweetness and depth into every bean.
Harvested as rainbow-picked cherries (a mix of ripeness stages), lightly sorted, and left unscreened, these beans carry a moderate defect level of approximately 17 points — true to the Grade 1 commercial standard.
