Kintamani is celebrated for its Arabica — but this Fine Robusta from the same volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali is a revelation in its own right. Grown on the fertile slopes surrounding Mount Batur and processed using the Natural method, the beans sun-dry whole in the Balinese highland air, developing a natural sweetness and depth that elevates this Robusta well above the ordinary.
Roasted to a Medium-Dark / Full City+ profile, the cup is bold and satisfying — opening with the comforting warmth of brown sugar, deepening into rich roasted peanut, and finishing with a smooth chocolate malt character that lingers beautifully. A Fine Robusta that earns its name.
Sealed in aluminum foil packaging with a one-way valve to lock in freshness and preserve the roast character from bag to cup.
