With a controlled moisture content of 13%, the beans arrive in optimal condition — stable, consistent, and ready to express the full depth of Gayo’s celebrated terroir. In the cup, soft wine-like notes open the experience, giving way to the delicate sweetness of green grapes and the exotic, floral character of lychee. The acidity is medium and pleasant, the body is medium-low and refined — a coffee that is elegant, expressive, and deeply memorable.
