Processed using the Anaerobic Natural method — where whole cherries ferment in a sealed, oxygen-free environment before sun-drying — the result is an explosion of vivid, fruit-forward flavor that hits from the very first sip.
Roasted to a Light to Medium profile to preserve every layer of complexity, the cup delivers a juicy burst of cherry, crisp red apple, and the delicate sweetness of white grape. Bright, clean, and utterly addictive — this is specialty coffee that makes an impression.
